You can help enhance the baseball experience for our youth by volunteering. It’s also a great way to share in this journey with your child. No experience is necessary and training will be provided. There are many ways to volunteer your time within the LYBA community including coaching, score-keeping, or running a scoreboard. Registration for fall baseball is open from now until September 14th. Teams will be selected soon thereafter and opening day will be on September 19th. The season will complete on October 28th. The fall baseball season is open any player from any league or city. In-person registrations can be completed at the Bill Sapp recreation offices.

The game between Lumberton and Lee County will resume on 7.20.2016 at 6PM. Spectator re-entry will be permitted for the continuation of the game. The game between Hope Mills and the loser of the Lumberton-Lee County game will not be played on 7.20.2016. It will be rescheduled.

With the regular season winding down with the last games tonight, its time to announce the battle for the league title. Each league will have a double elimination tournament to determine the over all league champion. Below are the links to the brackets for each league.
All games for Tuesday May 17, 2016 have been cancelled due to weather. The games will be made up on Wednesday, May 17th.
LYBA will have Babe Ruth baseball signups beginning May 2nd. Signups will be at Bill Sapp Recreation Center office from 9-5 daily and at Pennington Athletic Complex (NE Park) from 6 – 8 each night. Registration cost is $25.00. Players age 13 – 15 are eligible to play.
